TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the customer and the provider, and the business relationship between them.
The provider is Entera d.o.o., based in Slovenia
The online store offers textile products (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel) for sale within the European Union.
By using this website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. PRICES
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
The price valid at the time of order placement is the final price for the customer.
3. ORDER PROCESS
The purchase process includes the following steps: 1. Product selection 2. Adding to cart 3. Entering delivery details 4. Selecting payment method 5. Order confirmation
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
The Provider offers the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card payments
- Online payment systems
5. DELIVERY
The Provider delivers products within the European Union.
Delivery time:
- Estimated delivery time is between 4 and 12 business days.
Delivery times may be extended due to:
- high order volumes
- holidays
- logistics delays
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
The Provider is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, unless stated otherwise in Section 7 (Limited Drops).
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the Provider via email.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- The product must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be included
Products that show signs of use, damage, or have removed tags will not be accepted.
Return process:
- Customer notifies the Provider
- Product is returned to the agreed address
- After inspection, the Provider refunds the purchase amount
The Provider will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. LIMITED DROPS / FINAL SALE
Certain products may be released as limited collections (“Limited Drops”). These items are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.
Products marked as:
- “Limited Drop”
- “Final Sale”
- “No Restock”
are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are defective.
By purchasing such items, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.
8. COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTIVE GOODS
The customer has the right to file a complaint in case of:
- damaged products
- incorrect products
- defective products
The defect must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
The Provider will resolve the issue by:
- replacing the product
- issuing a refund
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Provider strives to ensure the accuracy of information but does not guarantee it.
The Provider is not liable for:
- temporary unavailability of the website
- delivery delays
10. DATA PROTECTION
The Provider is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Data is used solely for:
- order processing
- communication with the customer
11. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The Provider complies with applicable consumer protection laws.
In case of disputes, both parties will attempt to resolve them amicably.
If no agreement is reached, the competent court in Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
