Returns:

• The product must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be included

Products that show signs of use, damage, or have removed tags will not be accepted.

Return process:

1. Customer notifies the Provider
2. Product is returned to the agreed address
3. After inspection, the Provider refunds the purchase amount

The Provider will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
